WHAT DOES “NO EXCUSES” LOOK LIKE

- IN Games
- To other members of the team
- To YOURSELF! (you have a responsibility to be CONFIDENT)
- To the Pope Baseball community and Pope High Community

- ACCOUNTABILITY – All players must be able to acknowledge and ACCEPT their role in successes and failures - Acknowledging shortcomings is POWERFUL; Overcoming shortcomings is EXCELLENCE
- Acknowledging shortcomings allows everyone to know that you recognize the shortcoming
